About Maurice Williams
Maurice “Moe” Williams is a former NFL offensive lineman, coach, pastor, and team chaplain who walks with athletes and leaders through every phase of life—on the field, off the field, and into what’s next.
A second-round NFL Draft pick and University of Michigan national champion, Maurice started over 100 games for the Jacksonville Jaguars before retiring. Today, he serves as team chaplain for the Jacksonville Jaguars, head coach at Providence High School, and founder of the Moe Williams Family Foundation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University and is a licensed and ordained pastor.
He is the author of When the Game Is Gone, a guide to faith, purpose, and identity after sports. Through speaking, coaching, and ministry, Maurice helps athletes, teams, and men of faith navigate transition with clarity and confidence.
He and his wife, Reulonda, have four sons and are passionate about using their story to serve others and glorify God.
My mission is simple: to help people anchor their identity in Christ, lead with integrity, and steward every season well.

Mission Statement
To equip athletes and leaders to navigate transition, identity, and purpose through biblical truth, disciplined leadership, and intentional growth.
Ways I Serve
01
Identity must be rooted in Christ, not performance
02
Leadership is stewardship, not position
03
Transition is not the end—it’s often the invitation to something deeper
04
Faith and excellence are not opposites—they belong together
